You must be skilled and have 5 years minimum experience in commercial maintenance and groundskeeping (replace wall hung urinals/toilets, unclog cast iron sewage pipes, use a commercial snake, familiar with septic back up, well water systems, change GFI, change a breaker, run conduit, pull wires, set up timers, understand landscaping and tree maintenance).
Be able to drive a tractor forklift.
Be able to move Travel Trailer with a hitch on a forklift. Travel Trailers and 5th Wheels - Expert Level
Break down and set up trailers at site.
Backwash black water tanks, use a pressure washer, hand tools, drive a golf cart safely.
