Our company is currently doing apartment turns and we are looking for a skilled plumber to do the following.
1.) Disconnect existing kitchen sink, appliances, bathroom vanity & shower trim.
2.) Install new plumbing fixtures @ kitchen, including kitchen sink, faucet, garage disposal & vent cap, dishwasher, stove & fridge.
3.) Install new bathroom fixtures @ bathroom vanity sink & faucet, shower trim kits only.
4.) Hook new washer & dryer.
5.) Check for leaks and clean up.
This job would be considered part-time at this point, but can & will become full time, as we have a soft schedule right now, but will have a strong solid schedule by August 1st.
We also can hire someone full time if they do other trades as well as plumbing (laborer, paint, electrical, carpentry)
