Company is looking for a construction Prep Person.
Job Duties include Knowledge of
Electrical- changing fixtures, plugs and sockets.
Plumbing- changing faucets, chalking/recaulking sinks, bathtubs, seating toilets, installing mirrors.
Carpentry- some finish work
Drywall- some finish work
Painting- touch up painting
Job Functions- Able to work around customers, Goal oriented, presentable around current customers, able to communicate professionally with supervisors and customers. Should have reliable transportation, should have own hand tools (Some may be provided). Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
Must have a clean background and clean drug screen.
Assignment will be until 12/31/24 possibly longer.
