Topo Toppers is adding a sewing position to our team! We are a manufacturer of pop up truck campers, all made here in Ventura at our shop.
Our sewing department is responsible for tents, mattress covers, and insulated tent liners all cut on our CNC plotter/cutter.
Sewing experience preferred, though not necessary for the right applicant. If you sew as a hobbyist, or have experience in a manufacturing environment, we are happy to train.
Your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Operate a Juki industrial sewing machine
Constructing and batching kits
Operation of CNC cutter
Keeping your work area clean
Keeping your finished goods labeled and organized
Daily and weekly deadlines are met
Ability to follow and perform very specific construction methods

We offer paid holidays, 40 hours sick pay per year, end of year bonuses based on performance.
This is a part to full time position
$22-$25 per hour depending on experience and performance.
