Solar Technician: $25 - $34 DOE
We are currently hiring Solar Technicians with 3 or more years of experience to install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar energy systems. Candidates are encouraged to apply ASAP as we have an immediate need in the Ventura County area.
Key Responsibilities:
-Install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar energy systems.
-Work with leading solar technologies including SolarEdge, Enphase, Franklin, and Tesla systems.
-Perform system diagnostics and ensure optimal performance.
-Interface with clients to explain system functionality and answer technical questions.
-Maintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Office tools.
-Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in solar system installation and maintenance.
-Proficiency with SolarEdge, Enphase, Franklin, and Tesla systems.
-Strong understanding of solar energy systems and electrical components.
-Excellent communication skills and a client-facing demeanor.
-Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
Competitive starting pay $25 -$34/hr or depending on experience
