Looking for talented and experienced luxury home superintendent with carpentry skills for a new home in west Malibu. Successful candidate will also have the ability to coordinate and oversee low voltage wiring, lighting, plumbing rough-in for hi-tech finishes, HVAC, waterproofing, exterior sitework including fine grading and area drainage to insure trade installations comply with plans and the critical design intent.
