Responsibilities:
Painting Vehicles, Cabs, Tractors, Frames, Wheels- commercial paint booth
Matching paint
Mixing paint
Blending paint jobs
Prepping vehicles
Meeting or exceeding sold labor hours
Work with other Body Shop employees- Teamwork
Operates safely and follows safety guidelines.
Exceed monthly efficiency and proficiency results
Quality work- 100%, no runs or orange peel
Not limited to this list.

Qualifications:
Painting experience 3-5 years (bus, truck or auto preferred)
Consistent track record of successfully exceeding goals
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills with manager
Strong work ethic, self-motivated
Ambitious, goal oriented, and able to work within a dynamic environment
Valid Driver’s license, Obtain a valid California Salesperson license
