Description
-Process accounts payable invoices, verifying, coding and resolving any discrepancies.
-Record and deposit cash and or checks daily.
-Process accounts receivable in compliance with policies and procedures.
-Collect payroll timesheets, calculate wages, print checks, pay taxes and garnishments.

Requirements
-High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
-Proven experience in an accounting role.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
-Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
