As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with clients in their home and or our Center to develop positive skills, collect data on target behaviors, and improve the lives of children with Autism and other needs!
ABA is an approach to treatment based on the scientific principles of how we learn. We then use those principles to bring about positive behavior change. ABA uses a variety of evidence-based procedures to strengthen and shape skills. Today, ABA is widely recognized as the most effective treatment for Autism!

Qualifications and Requirements
-High school diploma
-Experience working with children (or at least 30 college credits)
-Valid California driver's license
-Proof of valid car insurance
-Provide DMV driving record
-Pass a Live-scan fingerprinting
-Pass a TB test
-Available to work 15+ hours per week
-Must be available to work in the afternoons, evening, and weekends.
