We are seeking qualified candidates to fill open Cooks positions at our Denny's Restaurant located in Porterville, CA.
A Dennys Cook has a Guest First attitude, prepares food to set recipes following brand standards for proper food temperature and presents it on a great looking plate.
DUTIES
Adhere to safety and sanitation standards
Prepare and cook food to order per guests requests and according to brand standards
Ability to adhere to timing standards
Ability to prepare ingredient items to recipe and company standards
Adhere to standards as they relate to food storage, rotation of product, portioning and temperatures
Maintains proper sanitation of cook line, refrigeration, freezer units and dry storage
Cleans, completes side work, and organizes supplies
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
If you are the right person for this opportunity, you will be a dedicated and reliable team player with previous experience working as a Line Cook in a busy, fast-casual or full-service restaurant.
