Caldwell Pet Hospital is looking for an energetic, positive and compassionate person who has an excellent work ethic, loves working with people and animals, and strives to provide the best client experience to join our team as a Technician/Assistant/Receptionist! The successful Technician/Assistant/Receptionist candidate will share our commitment to delivering the highest quality patient care with exceptional client service and will bring a positive, service oriented attitude. We are strongly in need for BILINGUAL candidates.
Hours of operation- Monday to Friday - 7:30am-7pm, Saturday- 8am- 3pm, Sunday closed.
Training schedule and duration TBD.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain exam rooms: stock, turn over exam rooms between cases
Adhering to hospital standards that keep pets safe, and the treatment areas, exam rooms clean and organized
Support Client Services Representatives: collect payments, transferring calls, filing records & other office based tasks (scanning records, estimates, etc.)
Assist in technician assigned roles
Assisting the Assistants and Registered Veterinary Technicians in daily tasks
Set up for minor procedures
Assist in restraint for minor procedures and exams
Maintenance of laundry and surgical instruments
Surgery clean up
Ability to properly restrain animals and lift up to 40 pounds
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:
Bilingual preferred
1+ years of veterinary clinic experience preferred
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
