DESCRIPTION
- Will answer H/R Department phones
- Assist with recruiting
- Data entry of new employee info
- Handle supporting documents for new hire (W-4, I-9, etc.)
- New hire on boarding and orientation
- Ordering and inventory of office supplies
- Additional clerical duties
REQUIREMENTS
- Requires a minimum of 3 yearsâ experience in an H/R Department
- Must be fluent Bilingual Spanish/English
- High School diploma /GED
- Possess a valid driverâs license and proof of insurance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi task and work independently
- Intermediate level MSWord and Excel
- Temporary to hire $16.00 - $17.00 an hour DOE
