Prime Labor and Staffing has a temp position available in the Kings County area for an Irrigation District needing a ditch tender. Possibility of permanent placement depending on candidate. The candidate must have experience in heavy equipment operations (backhoe, loader, dump truck, skid steer), general equipment maintenance, disking, gate repair, overall mechanically inclined.
MUST HAVE A VALID CA DRIVERS LICENSE AND CLEAN DMV PRINTOUT and reliable transportation! Class A license a plus. If hired on, the candidate will have 12 months to obtain a Class A drivers license.
Able to lift 75+lbs and work without direct supervision, good organizational skills, map reading skills and following instructions.
