At Mission Tile West, we’ve been a proud family-owned business since 1984, committed to excellence and craftsmanship. In 2001, we expanded our legacy by opening our Terra Bella factory, where our talented production team creates stunning terra cotta tiles for homes and businesses.
We’re looking for a dedicated individual to join our manufacturing team. No experience? No problem! All we ask is for a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for working with your hands in a team setting.
What You’ll Do:
Hands-On Production: Cast and press tiles, shaping beautiful products for our customers.
Kiln Operations: Load and unload tiles in the kiln (large oven) to ensure quality and precision.
Organization & Strength: Pack tiles onto pallets and handle heavy lifting with care.
Teamwork & Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive team to meet production goals.

Job Details:
Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
