Job Title: Part-Time Maintenance Person

Company Overview:
Join our well-established campground in Visalia/Goshen! We pride ourselves on providing a clean and welcoming environment for our campers. We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic part-time maintenance person to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform custodial duties including cleaning camp bathrooms, refilling soap and toilet paper dispensers, mopping floors, and wiping mirrors, fixtures, and countertops. Please note that this role involves handling occasional challenging cleaning situations.
- Empty all trash receptacles and replace bags.
- Maintain the pool by brushing the sides, cleaning out the skimmer basket, checking chemical levels, and adjusting as necessary.
- Clean common areas around the office.
- Monitor and maintain the dog park, including refilling doggy-do bag dispensers and raking leaves.
- Ensure campsites scheduled for arrival are clean and ready.
- Check inventory of bundled firewood for sale at the office and replenish stock as needed.
- Re-stock the ice freezer as necessary.
- Engage in various seasonal maintenance tasks including lawn mowing, trimming, landscaping, and weed control.
- Move bags of ice, split and bundle firewood, and deliver supplies to campsites.
- Maintain and service golf carts used for traversing the park.
- Maintain and service lawn mowers and yard equipment.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Previous landscaping or greens keeping experience is preferred, though candidates with little to no experience are encouraged to apply.
- Must adhere to a 100% drug and alcohol-free policy.
