Need a person for some part time work to help me keep up with my properties. Not in hot or cold weather and work is sporadicmaybe 4-8 hours per week. An able bodied retired person would be ideal. So it will have to be someone who has time on their hands. Mainly miscellanous repairs. I have all of the tools and equipment. You must be able to pass a criminal background check. I will not respond to "Is the job still available" or "Call me" unless you give me some information about yourself in your initial response.
