Ranch Hand – Walnuts & Citrus (Full-Time)

Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Ranch Hand to assist in the daily operations of our walnut and citrus ranch. This position requires hands-on agricultural experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to operate farm equipment safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain tractors, sprayers, mowers, and other ranch equipment
Assist with irrigation setup, pruning, planting, and harvesting
Perform basic equipment maintenance and field repairs
Monitor tree health and report issues to the ranch manager
Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety procedures
Requirements:
Must be able to drive and operate a tractor confidently
Fluent English required (speaking, reading, and understanding instructions)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions
Previous experience with walnut and citrus crops preferred, but not required
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
Occasional weekends during harvest season
