Receptionists will provide a positive first impression of the company at all times. Core duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Greeting clients and visitors, determining their needs, and directing them accordingly
Answering and directing incomings calls, taking messages and directing calls accordingly
Scheduling appointments and managing calendar
Sorting and distributing mail, faxes, and deliveries
Assisting with document preparation
Providing administrative support
Performing clerical tasks
Maintaining the reception area, conference room, and ensuring office is presentable
Maintaining confidentiality of client information and legal matters
Other duties may be assigned.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in various software programs to effectively manage front desk operations and support legal staff. Such software programs include phone systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook.)
