We are a property management company who oversees 26-apartments complexes in the surrounding areas to include all accounting aspects as well as producing annual budgets working closely with USDA, Tax Credit, HCD and Section 8. We seeking an individual to assist in our accounting department and Accounting Manager whom would provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office, to include the following duties:
Process invoices, payments and transactions.
Filing, organizing, data entry and making phone calls.
Assist in Human Resource duties and compliances
Assist in payroll processing and billing.
Accounts payable functions generating invoices and statements, deposits and miscellaneous duties.
Excellent time management skills, math skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Able to work independently excellent verbal and writing skills adaptability to an ever
changing environment with a positive attitude.
Must be responsible, dependable, self-starter and attention detail and accuracy is a must.
Establish and maintain cooperative working relationship with co-workers.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Yardi are a plus.
This will start off as part-time employment of at least 30 hours per week and will eventually evolve into full-time if deem necessary.
