Real Estate Investor Marketing/Executive Assistant (Visalia)
Full-Time Position $22-30 per hour
Local real estate investor is looking for someone that will control our marketing and working on special projects You will see the behind the scenes of buying, selling and owning real estate. It's not glamorous but it will be interesting. This position is not a cookie cutter job. There will be many moving parts and the daily/weekly tasks will be constantly changing.
Job Requirements
- Full-Time +40hrs per week.
- Some Flexibility in schedule.
- Attention to detail.
- Need to live locally or nearby in Visalia.
- Some or little experience ok.
- Must be ambitious and ready for lots of tasks.
- Must be committed and organized.
- Creative, fast pace and desire to learn.
Job Description
- Answering calls from marketing channels.
- Following up with marketing calls.
- Managing our real estate marketing process.
- Help building a CRM.
- Help managing a CRM.
- Following up on new and old leads.
- Researching properties and owners.
- Scanning, emailing and managing documents online with Google Drive.
- Must have sense on how to design workflow and think of ways to design the business.
- Desire to learn and be flexible with changes in business.
- Calm and patient when dealing with problems.
- Desire to learn about real estate, managing property.
- Data Entry into a management software.
- Help organizing and building a better system.
- Your responsibilities will grow.
- Some driving may be required, will be compensated.
- Ability to want to learn, I'm willing to teach.
- Phone etiquette, google docs and online systems.
