JOB SUMMARY:
We are hiring a Cannabis Extraction Technician (Entry-Level to Experienced) to join our production team.
Entry-level employees start at $18/hr performing grinding and extraction sock preparation.
Experienced operators may start up to $23/hr depending on extraction or lab experience.
This is a full-time position with strong training and advancement opportunities into extraction, distillation, terpene recovery, and more.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Grind, weigh, and stage cannabis biomass
Fill, pack, and label extraction socks
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Record batch logs: weights, lot numbers, times, and yields
Follow SOPs and safety protocols
Report equipment or material issues promptly
Assist or train into butane extraction, wiped-film distillation, and terpene recovery as skills grow
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Basic mechanical aptitude preferred
Lab, manufacturing, or extraction experience is a plus
Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the CA cannabis industry
Safety-minded and able to follow procedures
