Alicon Group is currently seeking a Programmer/Analyst for a FULL TIME/PERMANENT role based in Fresno, California. Amazing opportunity with a stable, technology savvy, growing employer in Central California.
The Programmer/Analyst designs, develops, tests, debugs, documents, and maintains computer applications of high complexity, significance, and risk. The appropriate candidate will write detailed descriptions of user needs, program specifications and functions/steps required to develop or modify applications. Participates in application architecture and technical design discussions. Creates documents, flowcharts, diagrams as documentation of programs and systems. Investigates, analyzes, and resolves complex technical problems. Reviews existing systems to understand and support their processes. Provides production support and problem resolution for assigned applications. Works to accomplish individual and team goals as well as in support of department and company goals and objectives.
