Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a Manicure Instructor to lead and teach our growing student body. Job duties include:
⢠Teaching, mentoring, motivating and coaching all students on the clinic floor and in the classroom, using company approved curriculum
⢠Preparing students to pass the State Board exam
⢠Ensuring compliance with State Board rules
⢠Participate in various administrative duties (such as attend faculty meetings, accurately record grades and attendance and counsel students)
Job Requirements and Qualifications
⢠High School diploma or GED required
⢠Manicure license per state requirement; however, candidates with a Cosmetology or Aesthetician license with a specialty in Manicure is acceptable
⢠Minimum of 3-5 years' Manicure experience
⢠Prior teaching experience preferred
⢠Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-building skills
⢠Computer skills necessary
