TradeForce Staffing Solutions is currently looking for experienced Solar Installation Techs who are interested in participating in a local Solar Installation project.
Project Information:
Location: Delano, CA
Start Date: 06/21/21
Project Duration: 4 weeks
Requirements and Qualifications:
Must have experience in Solar Installation or Construction
Must be able to submit a background check
Must have mechanical aptitude and the ability to read a tape measure
Must be able to use wrenches and hand tools
Must be able to carry racking, pipes, and solar panels
Must be able to work in a dirty, outdoor environment
Must have full range of mobility in upper and lower body
Must be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday
Must have ability to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time
Prevailing Wage:
Base: $31.55
Fringe: $25.79
Total Pay: $57.34
