Long-Term Caretaker / Creative Partner – Help Grow a Wilderness Healing Retreat (Springville, California)
I’m developing a spiritual, grounding retreat space called Copper Rising, nestled between Bear Creek and the Tule River in the Sierra Nevada foothills. This is a place where people will come to rest, reconnect, and transform — surrounded by nature, stillness, and the energy of the land.
I’m looking for a hands-on, heart-centered person (or couple) who wants to become part of this project long-term — not just helping maintain the land, but helping build something special.
What you might help with:
Land and structure maintenance, cleanup, and small construction projects
Creating outdoor and guest spaces
Bringing creativity, craftsmanship, or practical skills to the development of the retreat
What’s offered:
Lodging and immersion in a stunning natural landscape
Opportunity to co-create a healing and sustainable retreat vision
Long-term potential for deeper involvement as the business grows
This role is ideal for someone who feels at home in nature, enjoys meaningful work, and wants to help shape a place where others can find peace and transformation.
If that resonates, I’d love to hear from you — tell me about yourself, your skills, and what draws you to this journey.
