Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in the Food & Food Processing industry in West Covina, California. The Receptionist role primarily involves performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our team.Responsibilities: Accurately handling and directing business-related phone calls. Receiving, sorting, and distributing company mails and deliveries. Assisting with the preparation of business correspondences via email as needed. Welcoming and directing visitors and clients to appropriate departments or personnel. Undertaking general HR administrative tasks and clerical support duties. Managing HR filing systems and retrieving information from records, emails, minutes, and other relevant documents as required. Responding to and resolving administrative inquiries and questions in a timely manner. Overseeing office supply inventory and coordinating maintenance of office equipment. Assisting in the preparation and recording of expense reports. Participating in employee relations programs and projects as needed. Performing other related duties or tasks as assigned by the management team. Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience working in a similar role. Proficiency in answering a multi-line phone system. Exceptional customer service skills. Experience with data entry tasks. Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently. Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, suppliers, and team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word. Experience in organizing files and maintaining an efficient filing system. Ability to schedule appointments, managing both individual and team calendars. Familiarity with the Food & Food Processing industry is a plus.
