Provide outstanding service to our online customers with a warm and empathetic approach in line with the HQ brand and voice across all platformsRequired to assist with email support and phone calls dailyMaintain clear and open communication within the HQ CX Team Lead, and ManagersEasily and quickly recognizes customer needs, customer type, and the best solution for the particular customerKnowledgeable around procedures, limitations, and appropriate course of actionAbility to gauge opportunities to impress the customer with knowledgeAbility to multitask & self-manage time spent on tasks to ensure maximum outputProblem solve to create a positive experience for all customers and produce high satisfaction ratingsRemain positive and promote a culture of continuous improvement and engagement within the teamAttend & contribute to team discussions and provide insight that will contribute to improving overall customer experienceMeet and strive to exceed individual and team Customer Experience KPI's and targetsFulfill end to end customer service and support customers with escalated enquiries through to resolutionBuild and maintain strong professional relationships with the support teamMay be assigned additional support tasks by HQ teamConsistently update trackers and logs and follow all issues affecting satisfactionUtilize communication channels to communicate with HQ team, and consistently respond to all Slack and Email updatesMUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:BS/BA degree desiredHS diploma2+ years of Customer service experience with a track record of providing excellent customer service. Basic level of understanding of CRM Platform and communication tools. Experience in retail e-commerce direct to consumer operations preferred.
