The Infatuation is looking to scale our brand and content through regional marketing initiatives across the United States and London.As Vice President, Regional Marketing in The Infatuation, you will lead a team of two and develop, plan and execute local marketing campaigns for key cities across the United States and in London. As part of our growing Marketing Team, you will be responsible for partnering with Editorial on core franchises like Best New Restaurants, Summer Guides and other city-specific initiatives to help us achieve our regional and brand-wide goals. You should be both creative and highly detail-oriented, with a deep understanding of community marketing and experience with managing a team. Ideally, you have familiarity with The Infatuation brand, and a passionate and discerning eye for food, culture and current events.Job Responsibilities:
Set regional marketing strategy and support local marketing efforts through the development and execution of tool kits, enabling turn-key, city-level activation.
Manage two direct reports: one regional marketing manager for the East coast and one for the West coast.
Create and cultivate a growing community in key cities through local marketing strategy including community outreach and restaurant partnerships.
Set project timelines, oversee asset creation and multi-channel messaging, and connect the dots between all stakeholders on Social, Editorial, Restaurant Relations, and Growth teams.
Bring fresh, unique ideas to our city teams and lead brainstorms, ideation and concepts for regional campaigns.
Work closely with creative and social teams on asset ideation, production, and publishing for each city across social, co-marketing, newsletter and other channels.
Manage the regional marketing budget and allocate budget to specific initiatives. Track efficiency of different marketing channels, and adjust the strategy in real time to create the most impactful campaigns.
Deliver marketing reports to key stakeholders, summarizing campaign results and key findings.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
6+ years experience in digital marketing and/or community-building.
2+ years of people management experience.
You have outstanding interpersonal skills, relationship management, and the ability to collaborate with many different kinds of people.
You're a team oriented individual with solid communication skills including experience presenting to cross-functional teams, copywriting and managing communication with stakeholders.
Excellent project management skills, you're detail oriented and thrive in tight timelines. You are familiar with tools like Asana and Dropbox.
You are creative, demonstrating a strong understanding of our brand identity and voice, and are full of innovative ideas and fresh perspectives.
You have an understanding of geographic-based consumer segments, and can cater strategies to an individual market's unique needs.
Experience with digital platforms and tracking conversions via Calls to Action (CTAs) and against specific growth goals.
Ability to travel as needed for this position.

A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
An interest in restaurants and dining, and love of building a community.
