Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Desktop Support L3 in Woodland Hills, California. The role is within the tech industry where you will be responsible for troubleshooting, working on infrastructure projects, and understanding virtual environments. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to desktops and IT infrastructure Participate in IT infrastructure projects, demonstrating a background in infrastructure Maintain and manage virtual desktop infrastructure Utilize Microsoft and Active Directory in managing user access and system configurations Work with Cisco and Citrix technologies as part of daily operations Maintain and troubleshoot hardware including Apple Devices, Mac Computers, and other related computer hardware Develop and manage deployments and configuration management processes Handle Android Development projects as needed Showcase strong written and verbal communication skills while interacting with clients and team members Apply IT project management skills in managing and delivering projects on time Contribute to the core infrastructure of the organization through strategic planning and execution. Requirements Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a desktop support role or similar IT support role Proficiency in Android development is essential Strong knowledge of Cisco technologies is required Experience with Citrix technologies is highly desirable Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with Mac computers Proficient in Microsoft applications and platforms Knowledge of Active Directory is critical Experience with Apple devices and related hardware is necessary Must be able to handle computer hardware issues Experience in configuration management is crucial Demonstrable experience in deployments and core infrastructure Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required Project management experience, especially in IT projects, is a must Knowledge of virtual desktop and virtual desktop infrastructure is necessary.
