MIS INC is a diversified business to include: Agricultural Land Development. Dealer for Construction Equipment Sales, Parts and Service, Manufacturer of Harvesting Equipment and a 6 team Hauling department.
MIS INC has been in business for 15 Years with annual growth. We have a great Team Environment and individual offices. Kitchen with refrigerator, break areas and multiple bathrooms.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments
- Review and reconcile vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and documentation
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues and inquiries
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to accounts payable
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations
Qualifications:
- MUST have 3 to 5 years Full Cycle Accounts Payable experience.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles
- Proficient in using Quickbooks accounting software and MSO365
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
