Duties, responsibilities and required skills:
High level of familiarity with QuickBooks
Good working knowledge of Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook
Assist with back office admin work as needed
Schedule:10-20 hours per week
(Regular office hours are Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm)
