ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER - Requirement
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading restaurant operations with a focus on delivering high quality food and beverage service while maximizing our guest satisfaction. You will also hire, train and inspire the people that make your restaurant standout.

Driving sales and guest satisfaction
Creating a FUN safe environment for team members to develop
Ensuring compliance with all employment policies
Managing performance of team members, including conducting performance evaluations, training, coaching, and discipline
Selecting top talent to add to our winning team
Understanding, and practicing safe food handling procedures while maintaining a clean and safe environment for guest at all times.
TEAM MEMBER - Requirement
We are looking for somebody who is personable, has strong work ethics and customer service skills and who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment.We need somebody who thrives on responsibility while at the same time enjoys having fun at work.
General duties include:
1. Customer Service
2. Making sandwiches
3. Taking sandwich orders
4. Cleaning, opening/closing duties
5. Prep work

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
ServSafe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required.
