Requirements are follow
Experience required
Must be knowledgeable about fish (handling, breaking down, etc)
Must be able to make rolls, nigiri, and sashimi
Reliable, hardworking, able to work in fast pace work environment
Able to follow orders
MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER
