Oroville Hospital Post-Acute Center(OHPAC) is a 126-Bed post-acute center located in beautiful Northern California. A member center of the Oroville Hospital System. OHPAC has a solid clinical team that is an integral part of our short term and long term residents interdisciplinary process. OHPAC staffs nurse practitioners and/or a physician assistant at the center seven days a week. In addition to our nursing staff, OHPAC has Clinical Care Managers and Nurse Liaisons to ensure that the residents are receiving the care they need. The center has a very active rehabilitation program, with state of the art therapy equipment available.
OHPAC does provide medically complex services like Intravenous Therapy, Extensive Wound Care, and Tracheotomy Care. The center runs a very high mix of Medicare, Managed Care, Managed Medi-Cal, and Private Insurances.
We are looking for an individual that have very strong clinical skills to manage the rehabilitation needs of our residents. The center does approximately 60 to 80 admissions and discharges per month.
Qualifications OHPAC Is Looking For:
Education: Appropriate credentialing the match their discipline.
Licensure in the state of California.
Current First Aid/CPR Certification,
Proficient in the use of Rehab Optima and Point Click Care is a plus,
Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.
Must have ability to complete multiple projects.
Capable of working with minimal supervision.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding resident health records and company proprietary information.
Must have the ability to relate professionally, positively, and work cooperatively with residents, families, and staff members.
