Looking for someone with pressure washing experience, and experience being on a roof. The ideal candidate with have hands on experience using sodium hypochlorite (SH/bleach) solutions for roofs and exterior cleaning. Must have experience operating hot water/steam pressure washing systems, and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain skid mounted equipment and small engines.
This position is mainly overnights but will also have day shifts periodically, schedule is not set and will constantly change due to work needs. 100% traveling to job sites, some locally, most out of town. Will be home daily. unless told in advance. Must have open availability. 5308446904 - Spencer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform pressure washing, roof cleaning, exterior building cleaning.
- Use and handle sodium hypochlorite (bleach) solutions in compliance with safety protocols
- Operate and maintain hot water pressure washing systems (heater systems)
- Diagnose and repair minor mechanical issues on small engines, pumps, and related equipment.
- Ensure all work meets company standards
