Duty overview:
Inspections and maintenance of heating, electrical and air conditioning equipment
Installation, repairs and routine maintenance of facilities, structures and equipment
Upkeep of facilities including remodeling: painting walls, floors and exterior of structures using brushes or spray equipment
Moving office furniture
Cleaning parking lots and landscape work
Schedule: Monday thru Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00pm
We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated!
Must be dependable and able to work without supervision!
