Salary starts at up to $22.11/Hr. to start!
Position Summary: Lead supervision of staff
Duties and responsibilities:
Perform a wide variety of landscape and ground maintenance functions
Knowledge of basic methods, tools, equipment, materials used in routine building maintenance
Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, heating, air conditioning, painting, and plumbing
Computer programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Must have a valid California Driver's license and meet automobile insurability requirements
Must be available to work 4 10-hour days per week Monday through Thursday, 7:00am to 530pm
Must be available to work overtime and be subject to call back for maintenance emergencies as needed
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid CDL
Schedule: Monday thru Thursday 7am to 5:30pm
