(Winter) 7:00am -3:30pm
Job Duties: - Prepare parts for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, masking, or plugging as required. -Hang, load, and unload parts onto racks, hooks, or conveyors. -Assist the powder coater with setup, spraying, and curing processes. - Inspect parts for quality before and after coating to ensure proper coverage and finish. - Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety guidelines at all times. - Help with equipment maintenance, booth cleaning, and filter changes. - Package and label finished products for shipping or storage. - Follow company procedures, production schedules, and quality standards. - Support other shop tasks as needed. - Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize surface defects. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. - Comfortable working in hot, dusty, and fast-paced environments. - Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures. - Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
