compensation:95.00 a day guarantee pay even if you do not get called out; after 8 hrs of work, it goes to by the hr, which is 13.87

Road Driver – Field Operations
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Attends to the customer by transporting crews safely and on time with a neat and orderly vehicle and cleaning all windows after every trip.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Uphold customer relations by transporting crews safely and efficiently.
Determine the equipment condition by inspecting the vehicle before each trip, and completing van inspection forms, documenting any physical damage, mechanical or vehicle concerns.
Ensures operation of the vehicle by completing preventative maintenance reports as required.
Reporting any needed repairs or safety concerns with the vehicle,
and communicates promptly with the Dispatch Center on trip information.
Maintains the cleanliness of the company vehicle as required by your location.
Agrees to abide by all company safety policies
All job duties are assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this position successfully, an individual must fulfill each necessary duty and responsibility to a satisfactorily level. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and experience required. Valid Driver’s License with no more than two moving infractions within the last three years, no driving-related alcohol or drug-related convictions within the previous three years, no careless/reckless driving conviction with the previous three years.
Clean Controlled Substance Screen
No felonies within seven years
Must be at least 21 years of age
Have a clear understanding of the English language
Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
Required to live within 15-20 miles of Marysville, CA, as this position works on an on-call basis
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
This position requires an individual to have a valid driver's license with less than three moving violations, no drug or alcohol-related convictions, and no reckless/careless driving within the past three years, and a broad educational experience. Applicants must be willing to drive day and night.
Starting pay is $13.87 per hour.
