The Bar Prep is responsible for supporting the bar team by preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring the bar is fully stocked and ready for service. This role is essential to efficient operations, consistent quality, and seamless guest service.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare bar ingredients including juices, syrups, garnishes, infusions, and batched cocktails according to established recipes and standardsSet up and break down the bar prep area before and after serviceStock bar stations with glassware, ice, garnishes, spirits, mixers, and suppliesMaintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas, storage spaces, refrigerators, and freezersFollow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelinesLabel, date, and rotate productsAssist bartenders during service as neededMonitor par levels and communicate low inventory to bar managementProperly handle and dispose of waste, recycling, and compost
