The Events and Partnerships Supervisor is a versatile hybrid position working closely with the partnerships team and the event operations team. The focus of the position will be split between helping with fulfillment of partnership contracts as well as assisting with event administration, event operations and event production. This position reports to the Director of Events.Applications for this position will be accepted on a rolling basis.The budgeted salary range for this position is $58,000 to $64,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience, all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.Essential FunctionsAssist in fulfillment of partnership deliverables, activations, commercial shoots and partnership obligations across Aspen One portfolioHandle partnership administrative duties including internal and external partnership tracking documents, invoicing, draft annual partnership recap reports, and social media tracking and other support as needed.Handle event administrative duties include contracts, liability waivers, invoicing, accounts receivable tracking, accounts payable tracking and other support as needed.Manage event registration including creation of online registration page, fee collection, on-site check in and delivery of information required for timing/sanctioning/announcing/guest lists etc.Coordinate planning and implementation of marketing for partners and events (content, shot lists, advertising).Create and Manage all event calendars (ASC/TOSV/AVSC etc).Manage all event lodging requests
