The Restaurant Reservationist is an integral part of the Food and Beverage team, ensuring a well orchestrated and seamless dining experience. The role involves efficiently receiving and recording guests' restaurant reservations while prioritizing the fulfillment of all requests and needs with a gracious touch.Receive and record guests' reservations whether in person, via phone and input them into Open Table ensuring Auberge Resorts Collection standards are metAssign reservations according to customer's request and knowledge of the restaurant and flow of businessEnsure menus are up to date, clean & mark freeMaintain a complete knowledge of menu and all related menu itemsPerform any other duties as assigned by Management.
