Description:
Will sit at the slab will-call desk helping walk in customers, answer incoming phone calls, and respond to questions via email/fax for tile customers.
Will also handle data entry for tile orders - using internal system and Excel
Work closely with showroom, warehouse, and order desk personnel
Serve a a direct contact for their customers by providing sales support person to person, over the phone and by other means
Provide customers with the best possible buying experience, product delivery, and after-sales service

Face to face customer service experience, can be retail or admin
Computer skills: basic excel, entering into existing spreadsheets
