Outreach and Partnership Development (30%):

Develop and implement outreach strategies to raise awareness of gallery exhibitions, educational programs, and CBH events

Establish and maintain partnerships with local communities, educational institutions, and community organizations

Represent the gallery at campus and community events, festivals, and forums

Event Planning and Coordination (25%):

Assist in planning and coordinating community engagement events, workshops, and lectures

Organize activities that align with the Center's mission to explore the intersection of art, humanities, ethics, and healthcare

Community Engagement and Education (20%):

Engage with attendees at various events to promote the Center's offerings

Conduct educational outreach to increase understanding of the Center's mission and programs

Reporting and Analytics (15%):

Maintain detailed records of outreach activities

Track attendance and engagement metrics

Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of outreach efforts

Marketing and Promotion (10%):

Assist in developing promotional materials for events and programs

Collaborate on cross-promotional efforts with partner organization

Other Duties as Assigned (5%):

Perform additional tasks as required by the Director of the Arts and Humanities in Healthcare Program

Bachelor's degree in any field.

A combination of education and related training (such as completed Health Navigation and Older Adult Research Specialist training available through the Multi-disciplinary Center on Aging at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus) may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year for year basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

Completed Health Navigation and Older Adult Research Specialist training available through the Multi-disciplinary Center on Aging at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.

Demonstrated experience in education, community outreach, audience development, or event planning, preferably in an arts or cultural organization.

Experience in event planning and coordination, particularly in cultural or educational settings
