Description
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide information about products and services.
Process orders, forms, and applications.
Follow up on customer interactions.

Communicate and coordinate with internal departments as necessary.
Regularly meet or exceed service targets.
Provide regular feedback to management to improve service level.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
High school degree or equivalent, higher degree desirable.
Proven customer service experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in relevant computer applications and call center systems.
Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Patience and resilience.
