Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in Aurora, Colorado. This role primarily involves providing administrative support to executive leadership, managing office operations, and ensuring smooth communication within the team.Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to executive leadership, including heavy calendar management and travel coordination. Oversee office operations, ensuring an organized and efficient work environment. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders for replenishments when necessary. Coordinate and manage company functions and events, including educational sessions, weekly lunches, and other gatherings. Assist in the creation and distribution of company newsletters and communications. Liaise with building management for any necessary coordination or issues. Oversee the process of shipping samples. Maintain and coordinate the company's onboarding program for new hires. Utilize various software and systems including ADP - Financial Services, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, CRM, Kronos Timekeeping System, About Time, and others for day-to-day operations. Manage customer service tasks, resolving inquiries and maintaining customer records. Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services Experience with Cisco Webex Meetings Familiarity with Concur Understanding and experience with CRM Knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping System Proficiency in About Time Strong Calendar Management skills Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in managing Conference Calls Ability to manage Correspondence effectively Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role High level of discretion and confidentiality Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong decision-making skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Strong problem-solving skills High attention to detail Ability to adapt to changing work environments and schedules.
