Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionMaintenance Techniciansare responsible for establishing and maintaining all manufacturing equipmentwithin production areas.Key Responsibilities
Ensure machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition.
Provide technical assistance to operators and supervisors on mechanical, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic issues.
Recommend equipment replacements.
Schedule and perform preventative maintenance.
Hard Skills
Diagnose, repair, and replace electrical components for manufacturing equipment.
Solve electrical problems involving control wiring and board repairs.
Read and interpret equipment operation and parts manuals, and electrical schematics.
Troubleshoot, repair, and install low and high voltage industrial electromechanical and control systems.
Install, wire, and maintain relays, photo-eyes, limit switches, proximity switches, solenoid valves, motors, starters, VFDs, PLC I/O modules, analog control devices, and safety circuits.
Support the Preventative Maintenance (PM) program.
Understand PLCs and control circuits.
Assist with system startups and operational checkouts.
Complete preventative maintenance and other reliability tasks.
Soft Skills
Work independently.
Troubleshoot and repair problems.
Read, understand, and follow safety policies, SOPs, Quality Systems (SQF/HAACP), GMPs, and general instructions.

Fully on-site position in Aurora, Colorado.
Work Environment
Setting : Industrial bakery-production environment.
Shifts/Openings : Working 5-6 days a week, rotating weekends.
Refrigeration Tech : 1st shift ($36/hr)
Tech III : 1st and 2nd shift ($34/hr + $4,500 sign-on bonus)
Tech IV : 3rd shift ($39/hr)
Electromechanical Tech : $39/hr + $4,500 sign-on bonus
Shift Details
1st Shift : 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM (Mondays 2:00 AM - 2:00 PM, rotating weekends (Sat/Sun))
2nd Shift : 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM (Rotating Friday-Sunday 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM, rotating weekends (Sat/Sun))
3rd Shift : 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM (Sundays 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, rotating weekends (Fri/Sat))
