Manage a diverse team and foster collaboration within the PMCC team to ensure seamless operations, alignment of goals, and effective resource utilization.
Analyze current operational processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements across PMCC to ensure coordination between the eConsult, ECHO, and university operations.
Oversee and manage PMCC project management software to ensure seamless project coordination and tracking of deliverables across ECHO and eConsult teams.
Collaborate with leadership to align operational improvements with PMCC's strategic priorities and long-term goals.
Identify, implement, and manage automation tools to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows.

A bachelor's degree in business, business administration, finance, education, social sciences, healthcare administration, public administration, communications, and information systems, or a directly related field from an accredited institution.
At least five (5) years of experience operating and/or managing remote healthcare services and programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated expertise in project management, with substantial experience overseeing large-scale operational rollouts in healthcare settings.
Familiarity with academic medical campus healthcare operations.
Advanced knowledge of telehealth and digital health platforms, including experience in integrating these technologies into existing healthcare and administrative infrastructures.
Proven technical expertise in systems integration, with the ability to seamlessly coordinate and manage technical components across multiple programs to enhance operational efficiency and program synergy.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong, collaborative partnerships across IT, clinical, operational, and administrative teams.
