Wherever VOAC goes, it combines relationship-building, volunteers and quality services to lift and support our neighbor’s efforts to become self-sufficient and reach their full potential.The Property Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the entire property including, but not limited to maintaining the asset, supervision of staff, building maintenance, all administrative duties for both internal and external agencies, and maintaining positive relationships with the residents of the property.Requirements· High school diploma or its equivalent and a minimum of two years property management experience.· One year of apartment management experience.· Basic math aptitude· Knowledge of computer operations to include databases and spreadsheets.· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and maintain good relations with residents and employees.Position TypeFull TimePosition Salary Range:$69,784.00-$74,068.00Starting Pay:Based on experienceEmployee must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing a direct threat to safety or health of self or others.
