Roles & Responsibilities:
) Supporting a current and growing count (200+) IOS and Android Devices (Samsung Galaxy)
) Imagining Devices
) OS and Applications installs and upgrades
) AirWatch installation and configuration
) Device Management including permission and software installation control
) Device and application testing
) Tracking device assignments and 3rd party billing
